Hassaniandco Refund and Return Policy
We have a 7 day cooling period in which a return can be processed for you, this means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any return inquiries made after 7 days of receiving your item, will not be accepted.
Q: Am I eligible for a return?
A: In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need to have a receipt of purchase. This can be in the form of an email invoice/order confirmation.
Please note we do not accept a return on the basis that you no longer want an item, or due to the selection of the wrong item. Therefore please double check the items in your basket before checking out online.
We strictly do NOT accept returns on any Hassanï outlet/sale items as these are discounted and all sales are final. Please ensure to read product descriptions before purchasing. If you have received a faulty sale item, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve this, usually in the form of a gift card that can be used on your next purchase with us or am exchange.
If you are permitted to return sale/discounted items that are not faulty, you will be refunded via store credit rather than to your original payment method
Q: How do I start a return?
A: To start a return, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is eligible, we will send you instructions on what to do next. Please note, any items Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
Q: Do we offer free returns?
A: We do NOT offer free returns, therefore if you would like to return an item, please be aware that this is an additional cost to you as a customer. We also do not refund the initial postage payment made when placing your order.
Q: I received wrong/damaged items, what can I do about this?
A: If you receive a defected/the wrong item, please contact us on email@example.com immediately so that our customer service team can resolve your issue for you as soon as possible! In either of these two instances, please rest assured that Hassani will cover the additional costs of postage etc.
Q: Can I exchange my item?
A: The fastest way to exchange an item you have purchased is by requesting a return. Once your return is accepted and is being processed, we advise customers to place a separate order for the desired item to avoid it going out of stock
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your return has been received, if it has been inspected and approved, you will receive a refund notification via email/text (depending on the method of contact used on the order). Your refund will be processed onto your original payment method and can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive back into your account. If it has not been approved, due to damage/signs of wear, you will be contacted via email.
Please note that ALL returns should be sent back to us using tracked shipping to avoid it getting lost. A refund cannot be processed until the products are returned and received by us
- We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items, gift cards or custom products
- Hassaniandco are not responsible for any damage/wear to the product you purchase after it has been received. It is important that you contact us within 7 days if your item is faulty on receipt, otherwise we cannot accept the return/refund
