Shipping policy
At Hassani, we deliver worldwide with care and attention. Each order is processed and dispatched promptly, ensuring your pieces reach you safely and efficiently.
Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process all orders within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, your order is handed over to our courier partners and is no longer under our direct control. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external circumstances.
Couriers
UK orders and most international orders are sent via Royal Mail. For international deliveries, partners may include DHL, FedEx, DPD, Royal Mail, and Parcelforce.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If tracking information is not received, contact our support team at info@hassani.co.
Estimated Delivery
- UK Standard: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 3–5 working days
- Rest of the World: 5–7 working days
All timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Hassani is not liable for delivery delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to info@hassani.co and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Hassani is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied outside the UK. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs procedures may also affect delivery times, which are beyond our control.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, couriers typically leave a notification card with re-delivery instructions. You can also arrange re-delivery online using your tracking number. Parcels uncollected after a period of time are returned to us. In such cases, we refund the cost of the items only, not postage. Hassani cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to uncollected shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect information, we will refund the item(s) only, excluding postage costs. Reshipping may not always be possible.
Damages
Hassani is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. For damaged goods, please contact the courier or our support team. Retain all packaging and damaged items for claim purposes.
