Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your HASSANI piece(s). If not, our return process is simple, designed for clarity and ease.

Return Window

You may return your item within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unaltered, in original packaging with tags intact, and include proof of purchase.

Non-returnable: sale/final-sale items, personalised pieces and items clearly marked as non-returnable - unless faulty. Hijabs and niqabs are non-returnable due to hygiene purposes.

Faults & Issues

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and/or offer a refund, repair, or replacement.

How to Return

1. Email info@hassani.co with your order number.
2. Receive a Return Authorisation and instructions.
3. Send your item back using a tracked service.
4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. Items must be returned in original condition — otherwise, refund may be declined or partially refunded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Original postage cost is not refunded unless item is faulty  

THE ARCHIVE SALE

All items purchased as part of The Archive Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We take great care to ensure every item is accurately described and thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that an item is received in a faulty condition, our team will review this issue.

To request a review, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and details of the fault. If approved, any resolution offered will be issued strictly as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided for The Archive Sale purchases unless otherwise agreed.

By purchasing from the Archive Sale, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.
