We hope you love your HASSANI piece(s). If not, our return process is simple, designed for clarity and ease.
Return Window
You may return your item within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unaltered, in original packaging with tags intact, and include proof of purchase.
Non-returnable: sale/final-sale items, personalised pieces and items clearly marked as non-returnable - unless faulty. Hijabs and niqabs are non-returnable due to hygiene purposes.
Faults & Issues
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and/or offer a refund, repair, or replacement.
How to Return
1. Email info@hassani.co with your order number.
2. Receive a Return Authorisation and instructions.
3. Send your item back using a tracked service.
4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. Items must be returned in original condition — otherwise, refund may be declined or partially refunded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
For fastest service, please place a new order once your return is confirmed.
